Planted in 1988, the 7 acre vineyard produces some 15,000 bottles a year.  The Bacchus has won the East Anglian and the English Vineyards Association "Wine of the Year" competitions.  The Madeleine Angevine, Senator and Kernling also produce white wines of distinctive character.  Our Auxerrois is made into a delicious sparkling wine, 'Wyken Moonshine'.  The grape for our red wine is Triomphe d'Alsace.

Entry into the Vineyard is free of charge.  You can buy these wines at the Leaping Hare Vineyard Restaurant, which features in 'The Good Food Guide' and is a 'Bib Gourmand' in the Michelin Guide, as well as the Leaping Hare Country Store, offering country and garden treasures.
